Filling for quiche Lorraine: yellow, green and red bell peppers, eggs, butter, fresh cream, milk, salt & black peeper.
Filling for quiche Provençale: bacon, eggs, butter, fresh cream, milk and salt & black peeper.
Traditional French Croque-Monsieur with sliced bread, butter, cooked ham, mustard and Emmental cheese.
