Our Lamb Leg with Spices was cooked for 7 hours. Very tender, it is perfect to complete a Catering Buffet with a hot dish.
Its Mediterranean flavors are great for any type of dining buffet such as weddings.

Lamb leg, carrots, onions, garlic and a mix of spices.

Portion : 2kg, perfect for 6-8 pax. Very good with a side like mashed potatoes or dauphinois gratin.
