Junk Boat Catering Menu Recommendations

1. Lunch Style Menus
Explore our Junk Boat packages designed for the perfect on-water dining experience. Our lunch menus combine delicious finger food and hearty hot dishes for a consisting meal on your boat.
2. Cocktail Style Menus
If you’re looking for a more casual vibe, consider our canapés package. We recommend 7 canapés per person for a cocktail event. For a complete dining experience, add a few sharing platters and mini sandwiches (7 canapés + 2 mini sandwiches + 1 sharing platter for every 10 guests).

Important Note: We strongly advise against reusable containers for junk boat catering, as they are heavier and harder to manage. Additionally, please be aware that an extra charge for container pick-up will apply after 7 PM.

Beverage Options

Equipment Rentals
Bain Marie offers a variety of equipment rentals for your junk boat event. For safety and convenience, we recommend using our hard plastic glasses rental, as glassware is often prohibited on many boats. View our complete equipment rental list to find everything you need for your event.

Delivery Locations

We deliver all around Hong Kong except Outlying Islands (No delivery in all Lantau as well). If you have a doubt, send us a note and we’ll do our best to deliver to you.

Delivery Time

For catering, we can deliver between 7am and 8pm.
You can specify delivery time when ordering in "Order Notes" section.

Delivery Fees

Catering:
- Free for orders over 3000 HKD
- 250 HKD Hong Kong, Kowloon
- 350 HKD New Territories

Reusable Containers Option (Catering only)

The reusable containers option costs 250 HKD if the order amount is below 3000 HKD. Our driver will come to pick up containers according to your schedule.
