Our BBQ package is great for family gatherings, summer parties, and outdoor celebrations.

Contains :

• Starters: 3 portions per person (1 portion = 1 item or 60g) - Ready to serve
• Raw Meat/Fish: 400g per person (4 choices) - Needs to be cooked
• Sides: 200g per person (2 choices) - Ready to serve
• Desserts: 3 items per person - Ready to serve

Example : for 20 persons, you get:

• Starters: 60g x 3 x 20 = 3,6kg (1.2kg of each option or 20 units)
• Main: 400g per person = 400 x 20 = 8kg  (2kg of each option)
• Sides: 200g per person = 200 x 20 = 4kg  (2kg of each option)
• Desserts: 3 x 20 = 60pcs (20pcs of each option)

Equipment :
Food labels, napkins, and tongs for service

If the reusable option is selected: Cold food comes in wooden trays, and hot food in stainless steel trays (See picture).

If the disposable option is selected: Cold food arrives in cardboard trays, and hot food in foil trays.

Optional :

• 1 chef to cook on the BBQ.
