    Define the Meal Style

    The amount and type of food you'll need depend heavily on the style of your event:

    1. Canapés Buffet

    Perfect for casual or cocktail events, a canapé buffet lets guests mingle freely. Canapés buffet are not meant to replace a lunch or a buffet. For reference, our popular Canapés Package (from 18 pax) is a great starting point.

    2. Finger Food Buffet

    This option is ideal for a more filling yet informal meal. Combine mini sandwiches, canapés, and meat skewers to create a satisfying spread. It’s suitable for both business and private events where guests expect a generous variety without full courses.

    3. Full Dinner Set

    For formal gatherings like weddings or corporate dinners, go with a structured full meal service. This style usually includes starters, mains (with meat and sides), and desserts — perfect for seated events with a set program.

    Timing Makes a Difference

    The time of day your event takes place influences how much food is expected.

    • Lunch or Dinner: Guests expect heavier meals — plan for larger portions and full courses.
    • Cocktail Hours or Off-Meal Times: Smaller bites like canapés and snacks are sufficient. A lighter menu works well for networking or launch events.

    1. Buffet Quantities Per Person

    Buffets are ideal for semi-formal or formal meals. Here’s a quick guide on how much food to order per guest when planning a buffet:

    Starters 150 gr / pax
    Meat 250 gr / pax
    Side Dishes 200 gr / pax
    Dessert 3 pieces

    Tip: Opt for a mix of protein, carbs, and veggies to ensure balance and satisfaction.

    2. Canapés Units Per Person

    Canapés are perfect for cocktail receptions or networking events. The quantity depends on the duration and purpose of the event:

    Event Style Recommended Quantity
    Snacks 3-4
    Corporate out of lunch and dinner time 5-7
    For dinner or lunch (not recommended) 14-18

    Tip: Choose a variety (hot + cold, veg + non-veg) to please all palates.

     

    3. Finger Food Quantities Per Person

    Finger food setups are great for office parties or casual gatherings, where guests expect something more substantial than canapés but less than a full buffet.

    We deliver all around Hong Kong except Outlying Islands (No delivery in all Lantau as well). If you have a doubt, send us a note and we’ll do our best to deliver to you.
    Delivery Time
    For catering, we can deliver between 7am and 8pm.
    You can specify delivery time when ordering in "Order Notes" section.
    Delivery Fees
    Catering: 
    - Free for orders over 3000 HKD
    - 250 HKD Hong Kong, Kowloon
    - 350 HKD New Territories
    Reusable Containers Option (Catering only)

    The reusable containers option costs 250 HKD if the order amount is below 3000 HKD. Our driver will come to pick up containers according to your schedule.
